Refund Policy:
- If your product is damaged, defective, defective or incomplete at the time of delivery, please recommend a refund request to the ZZ Store application or website. Refund request must be made within 14 days of ZZ Store items, or within 7 days of non-ZZ Store items from the date of delivery.
- For electronic devices and issues related to mobile phones after use or after the return policy period, please check that the product is covered under the seller's warranty or product warranty. For more information on warranty claims
